Eligibility Requirements
An athletics participation form, (See Athletic Participation Forms Page), including a physical exam, is required to begin practice. Forms may be picked up from the coach of the sport you plan to participate in. Students participating in extra-curricular activities, including athletics, are strongly encouraged to purchase an ASB card (cost $15.00) and be eligible to participate (see CIF Web site for specific dates). If you are interested in a particular sport, you should contact the coach prior to the season for further instructions by calling the school athletic department, 858-621-9020, ext. 1116.
SPORT PHYSICALS
Just a reminder that San Diego Unified School District policy requires that
EVERY student-athlete have an annual physical examination, dated anytime after
May 1, 2009.
